Due to the lock down across the country, the Arumuganar deeksha scheduled on 05 April 2020 has been postponed. Next date of deeksha will be communicated later.

Next Arumuganar Deeksha for Athma Viduthalai (Soul Liberation) will be given on the following dates:

1)   Sunday 02 Feb 2020

2)   Sunday 08 March 2020

3)   Sunday 05 April 2020

Online registration for deeksha should be separate for each date. Please click here to register.

You will receive the confirmation on SMS and Email once you successfully submit your registration. Please produce the SMS or Email when you arrive at the Temple.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Men and Women above 21 years of age
  • Participants must be Pure Vegetarians
  • Religion/Caste No Bar

Timings: 9.00 am to 12.30 pm.

Lunch will be served to all participants.

Each Participant MUST bring a 2-meter New White Cotton Cloth with no zari / border.

Next Arumuganar Deeksha for Athma Viduthalai (Soul Liberation) will be given on the following dates:

1) Sunday, 14 July 2019

2) Sunday, 11 August 2019

3) Sunday, 08 Sept 2019

The dates are announced in advance to enable overseas devotees to book their tickets and plan their travel.

However, online registration for deeksha should be separate for each date.

By the abundant grace and blessings of Sri Agathiar Maharishi and Lord Arumuganar, 128 athmas have been selected for Soul Liberation. This most spectacular event which will be conducted by Lord Arumuganar Himself will happen before sunrise on Chitra Pournami (19 April 2019), to complete the 6th Circle.

Communication has been sent to all the 128 athmas.Those who have not been selected are requested to continue to practise the ritual to clear the impurities as explained during the deeksha, to qualify for the next circle.

  • Those who have taken Deeskha from Guru Amma earlier and who are awaiting Athma Viduthalai (Soul Liberation) MUST take this Arumuga Deekshai atleast ONCE on any one of the above mentioned dates.
  • Those who have taken Aurumuga Deeksha during the Athma Velvi conducted from 26 to 31 December 2018 can also take Deeksha on the above mentioned dates.
  • Eligibility and preference for Athma Viduthalai (Soul Liberation) will depend on the number of Arumuga Deeksha's you have taken.
